2) Acceptance and processing of the order, purchase contract
The buyer's order is a draft of the purchase contract and the purchase contract itself is concluded at the moment of delivery of the binding consent of the buyer and the seller with this proposal (binding confirmation of the order by the seller). From this moment on, mutual rights and obligations arise between the buyer and the seller.
By concluding the Purchase Contract, the Buyer confirms that he / she has become familiar with these terms and conditions, including the terms of complaint, and agrees with them. The Buyer is notified of these Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure by the order execution itself and has the opportunity to get acquainted with them.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or its part before the conclusion of the purchase contract in the following cases: the goods are no longer manufactured or delivered or the price of the delivered goods has changed significantly. If this happens, the seller will immediately contact the buyer to agree on further action. In the event that the Buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, the amount will be transferred back to his / her account, the Purchase Agreement will not be concluded.
All orders received by this store are binding. The order can be canceled before it is dispatched. In the event that the order is not canceled before the shipment and will be shipped, it may require the customer to reimburse the costs associated with the dispatch of the goods. You are automatically notified of the receipt of your order by e-mail. In the detail of each product as well as in the order confirmation, the delivery time of the goods, which was not in stock, is assumed. Each item shows whether the item is in stock or not. If the goods are not in the supplier's warehouse or warehouse, we will promptly notify you of the next delivery date.
If you cancel your order within 12 hours, we consider the order canceled. Cancellation can be sent by e-mail or made by phone. Please note your name, e-mail and order number when canceling your order.
3) Types of transport by public carriers:
The order can be picked up on the same day, provided that the goods ordered are in stock. In other cases, we will inform you. Orders can be picked up at "business hours" outside this time after agreement. Personal collection can be carried out at the headquarters of the plant, ie in Kysucky New Town, at Litovelská 670/27.

Postage, unless otherwise stated, is charged at 5.50 euros.
Shipping costs include the possibility of evening delivery (optional) and telephone contacting the customer for eventual change of time or place of delivery.
For some particularly bulky, heavy or otherwise poorly transportable products, the cost of shipping may be increased. The shipping cost is displayed immediately after the shipping method is selected.
A shipment claim is possible within 3 days of delivery, provided that the damage was not apparent at the time of delivery!
Goods delivered by the Slovak Post - recommended shipment
Unless otherwise stated, postage is charged at € 2.20.
The price includes the recommended first class package and packing. Price does not include any other services. If the ordering party is not reached, he / she will receive a notification of delivery of the shipment to the mailbox. The shipment can be picked up at the specified mail or requested to be resubmitted. For these shipments, no communication with the carrier is possible and we have no possibility to influence the shipment. The maximum weight per package is 4.99 kg. You will receive an email with the submission number after sending the shipment. You can check where your package is located through the https://tandt.posta.sk tracking application if you enter the package number in the box.
